SUBSCRIPTION BOXES
The Sip membership is a bi-monthly subscription membership. Subscription Sip boxes for all members are shipped out in the following months: January, March, May, July, September and November. The Subscription Sip box will be processed and shipped during the 2nd week of the shipping months.

All memberships come with a complimentary initiation packet. If you purchase your subscription outside of the shipping months listed above, you will receive your packet through the USPS mail within 4 business days of your purchase. If you purchase within the shipping months you will receive your initiation packet inside your first box!

Once your Sip box ships you will receive an email confirmation with courier and tracking information.

All delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. While we do our best to make sure orders are shipped as quickly as possible, delivery times may be affected by couriers, weather, and COVID-19.

Joining the sip? Here are some tips:

An adult signature is required at the time of delivery. Be sure to track your package and it’s expected delivery date, so an adult can be present to sign for your box.

Double check the address before sending. Once your order is processed any address changes must be requested with the courier, and additional fees may be required. Also please know we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Once you receive your tracking information you can alert the courier directly with any special delivery instructions. i.e a gate code, or request for delivery windows.

We ship to most US continental states. We do not ship to the following states:
Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Hawaii, Alaska and Utah.

DELIVERY OF YOUR SIP BOX
Adult Signature:
An adult signature is required at the time of delivery. And since we will be needing your autograph we are
not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Pick up options:
Once you receive your tracking number you can contact the courier directly, and schedule a pick up from
the nearest shipping office location at your own convenience.
DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS
Missed delivery:
If you missed the first delivery attempt, your shipping provider will attempt to deliver your shipment two
more times. Please contact the carrier directly for any special delivery instructions.

Returned to Sender:
If the courier is unable to complete your delivery after multiple attempts your package will be returned to
The Sip. Please contact us directly for re-shipment. Additional re-shipping fees will apply.
SIP INSURANCE AND FILING A CLAIM
If your box is Lost, Stolen or Damaged. Don’t worry, your box is insured! You can file a claim by contacting
us at hello@thesipsociety.com and our team will assist in resolving the issue. Please note below the timelines
to file your claim.

Timeline for Filing Claims:
Lost:
File claims no earlier than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last update.

Stolen:
File claims no earlier than 5 and no later than 15 days from when the package was marked
delivered - Orders over $100 USD require a police report.

Damaged:
File claims for damaged items with photos of the package and items no later than 15 days from when you
package was marked delivered.
