How do I sign up for The Sip Membership?

What are the membership options?

You can opt for an annual or bi-monthly option. The best value comes with an annual membership. For corporate memberships email us at hello@thesipsociety.com

What is included with my membership?

Every other month you will receive a curated box containing (3) 187ml bottles or (1) 375ml bottle & (1) 187ml bottles of sparkling wine, as well as a  special gift from us. You will also receive a custom guide highlighting the sparkling wine(s) in each box. This guide includes seasonal pairings and cocktail ideas to make your experience truly unique.

When does my membership renew?

When you first sign up, you will be charged immediately for your monthly or annual membership. Your membership will renew on the 2nd day of the shipping month.Your membership automatically renews bi-monthly unless you decide to cancel before your upcoming billing date. You must cancel 5 days prior to your billing date. Our billing dates (outside of first purchase) are: January 2, March 2, May 2, July 2, September 2, and November 2.

What forms of payment do you take?

The Sip accepts all major credit cards and Paypal ( for gifting and full bottle purchase only).

Do you offer a referral program?

We currently don't have a referral program, but stay tuned!

How do I skip a month or make changes to my membership?

Contact us immediately at hello@thesipsociety.com to make changes to your membership.

How does special membership pricing work?

When available, you will receive 50% off your first Sip subscription box with a special code! When using this special code, you are committing to a year subscription with The Sip. If you cancel your membership prior to the commitment term ( a year or 6 boxes for a bi-monthly subscriber) you will be charged a cancelation fee of $40.

Wines

How does The Sip pick the sparkling wines in each box?

t’s all about discovery! Our by-the-glass program allows you to try the exclusive sparkling wines you’ve always wanted and some you’ve never heard of. We’ll highlight what’s seasonally appropriate and worth discovering.

How do I order the sparkling wine I loved from the last box?

You can purchase all full size bottles of the wine you loved in your last box on the shop page. Bottles are released 30 days after the sip box has been sent to subscribers.

Shipping

When does The Sip ship? (We love a good tongue twister!)

The sip box will ship every other month on the 2nd Thursday of the shipping months. 

What are the shipping months?

We are a bi-monthly membership. Our shipping months are: January, March, May, July, September and November.

And where do you ship?

We ship to most US continental states. We do not ship to the following states: Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Hawaii, Alaska and Utah.

Is an adult signature required?

Yes, an adult signature is required.

Can I pick up the delivery at a different location?

Absolutely! We ship via Fedex and GSO, Once you receive your tracking number contact the carrier, so you can pick up at the nearest shipping office location at your own convenience.

I missed my delivery. What do I do?

If you missed the first delivery attempt, your shipping provider will attempt to deliver your shipment two more times. Please contact the carrier directly for any special delivery instructions.

My shipment was damaged? What do i do?

Sorry to hear that. E-mail us at hello@thesipsociety.com with an image of the damage and we will coordinate a refund or we’ll re-ship you replacement product free of charge.
