California sparkling wines have their own style, and we're loving every sip of them. Not just because it's our home state, but because of their crisp & fresh notes. They generally tend to taste different from Champagne, despite the fact they use the same traditional method to produce their beloved bubbles. Because California bubbles are made from riper grapes than those of Champagne or anywhere else, they taste fruitier.

The best of California's sparkling wines producers respect the name "Champagne" and do not use it on their labels. Fun Fact: many of the best California sparkling wines are actually owned by the top Champagne houses in France.

How we like to enjoy these bubbles:

Because of their bold, upfront and fruity style, we like to drink California bubbles everywhere. The fruitiness of the wine goes well with most informal and casual eatings: popcorn (personal fave), Covid approved barbecue, fries... you get the point!

How to try some of our faves?

Well it just so happens to be the theme of our March box! So if you're interest in learning and sipping on these amazing bubble click here to join today.
